SHIPPING & RETURNS
Parcels will be dispatched through associated Couriers. For Metropolitan Areas, they will endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 1-3 business days from when your order has been dispatched. If you live outside of these areas, your order may take up to 4-6 days to get to you. If you have not received your order by 6 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
A signature may be required for delivery. We encourage you to include your mobile number with your order as if you are not available at time of delivery your item will be left at a pick up point and an SMS text message will be sent to you to advise of collection.
When the courier collects from our dispatch, your product is scanned and you will be instantly emailed advising you that your item has been dispatched. Your tracking number, invoice number, the courier company and their contact details will also be included in your email notification.
Earl & Duke cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions, transport strikes or transport breakdowns or delays.
We do not dispatch or deliver shipments on Sundays or public holidays.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Earl & Duke may be able to ship your product Internationally. Please complete the International Shipping form for further information.
Occasionally, orders in whole or in part, may be cancelled for various reasons including but not limited to:
Items not available
Difficulty in processing payment
Delivery address is not available to ship
Cancellation by customer request
You may cancel your order at any time provided the item has not yet shipped. Any orders that have already been shipped do not qualify for cancellation by the customer.
If your order was cancelled you will receive an email stating the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled item provided they have not yet shipped.
Returns will only be accepted for a refund or replacement if:
The item is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery in which case we will (at our discretion) replace the damaged item or offer a refund in full.
You receive an item that is different than what you ordered, in which case we will (at our discretion) replace the incorrect item with the correct item or offer a refund in full.
As product information is clearly described in each product listing, Earl & Duke does not offer a refund due to change of mind.
Earl & Duke does not offer exchanges.
DAMAGED / FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS / REFUNDS
Earl & Duke insists that your satisfaction is our main priority and we pride ourselves on delivering you with the highest quality of products and services. Each product is inspected thoroughly before leaving our production headquarters and all packages are marked clearly with a ‘Fragile’ Sticker before posting. However, on the off chance that you receive a faulty item or it is damaged in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) or offer you a refund within 7 days of delivery.
To return a damaged product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include photos of the damaged item as well as reason for your return or exchange. Faulty or damaged items will have to show no signs of usage. We will examine the details that you provide to determine if a refund is appropriate. Where a refund is appropriate we will endeavour to process it within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original credit/debit card. Earl & Duke does not refund the cost of return postage.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such goods to you within 28 days of our notification and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
